How It Works – Custom Order Process
- Fill out the form or email me — you don’t need to have every detail figured out. I’ll follow up with questions to help guide the process.
- I’ll email you directly to go over your project and get more specifics.
- Need help visualizing it? I can create a 3D rendering of your piece before we start (optional).
- Once the design is finalized, a 50% deposit is required to begin the build. The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipment.
5. build time is typically around 4 weeks, not including lead time based on my current schedule. Timelines can vary depending on how many projects I'm working on, but I'll always keep you updated along the way.
6. I can send you progress updates during the build if you’d like to see how it’s going.
7. If you’re local, I’ll personally deliver your piece. If you’re farther away, I’ll arrange freight shipping through a trusted carrier.
